How long until my order ships?
Orders are prepared in small batches and leave our kitchen within 1 to 2 business days, then arrive in 3 to 5 business days.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Right now we ship within the United States only. Email us if you are outside the country and we will let you know when that changes.
How do I store my products after opening?
Kremas and konfiti should be refrigerated after opening. Manba and djondjon keep well in a cool, dry cabinet.
My order arrived damaged. What now?
Email us within 48 hours with a photo of the package and the item. We will replace it or refund it, your choice.
Can I sell Fanm Vanyan in my store?
Yes. Email us with your business name and location and we will send pricing and minimums.
